The rotor has a maximum speed of 11,800 RPM, relative centrifugal force (rcf) of 13,548 x g, and is autoclavable at 121 degrees C for 20 minutes. It includes removable adapters that can be used as a tube rack for pipetting and a plastic lid for basic applications. The 64-place tube array holds 8 x 8 PCR tube strips or 64 x 0.2mL PCR tubes.
