3. How to get moist heat mode from this heating pad?

1). Gently dab/pat one side of the Pad with a wet sponge/cloth or use a spray bottle to apply a fine mist.

2). Place the moistened side of the Pad on top of the body.

3). Don't put the pad soaked.

4). Make sure the Control Connector or Pad Connector is not sprayed or dampened. Please keep them completely dry all the time. Otherwise it may cause serious personal injury-

4. How to wash the heating pad?

1). Disconnect the power cord of heating pad from the electrical outlet before washing.

2).Disconnect cord from pad by squeezing the locking clips on connector with hand and pulling firmly with the other hand-

3). Hand wash pad or machine wash in cold water(3-C/8-F ) on extra gentle cycle.

Note: only pad can be washed. controller is not washable.

4).Make sure the product is completely dry before the next use.
