Did not work when the flow rate is more than 0.5GPM, such a low flow may be suitable for low water pressure countries, but it feels pretty inappropriate for American consumers.2. Even if the flow rate lower than 0.5GPM-, the capacity is still no more than 200 gallons.Why's that? It is clear that the filter cartridge is too small, it means the filtering path is too short. If the flow rate exceed 0.5GPM, this will lead to the chemicals has no enough time to be adsorbed. In addition, because of the space limit, no matter how many stages it was designed, the filter cartridge could only be wedged 20-50 grams filtering material, so the service life is very short.For the above-mentioned defects, our company adopts Japanese activated carbon nanofiber (ACF), non-woven fabric and wet molding process to achieve optimal design. It can eliminates Chlorine (99%), Lead (93.7%), bad tastes and odors within 0.1s, and the capacity could reach up to 1200 gallons (Based on 2.2GPM-flow rate , 1PPM chlorine level).
