The Two-Cherries 500-1516 Bevel Edge Chisel features a 16mm cutting edge. Two Cherries professional-grade chisels and gouges are hand-forged of German high-carbon steel and have a hardness rating of HRC61. The entire usable length of the blades are hardened in a salt bath, and the cutting edges are machine-ground to a standard of approximately 17 degrees. While these blades may take a little longer to sharpen, their material and manufacturing process ensure they will hold their edges significantly longer than nearly any other chisel or gouge on the market. Made in Germany.
