Working principle

Ultrasonic hot drilling machine uses ultrasonic mechanical vibration to release energy to drive the drill or other accessories to high temperature friction on the surface

of the bondable material to generate high temperature, and quickly melt the contact surface of the rubber material,

so that they are combined into one, so as to achieve the purpose of paste.


Scope of application:

Suitable for 6#-40# all kinds of acrylic drill, glass drill, DMC drill, hot drill, hot plate and so on.

Widely used in clothing processing, handicraft processing, headdress processing, shoes, toys and other products hot drill.


Usage?

1. After turning on the power, turn on the suction switch (mainly used to hold the diamond material) and turn on the time switch.

2. Adjust the power, the thicker the material, the higher the power.

3. Adjust the time to 0.1-0.3 seconds (30#-40# drill is adjusted to 0.2-0.5 seconds).

4. Hold the handle in your right hand and touch the switch with your index and middle fingers.

5. Welding sequence: 1. Suction drill 2. Place it vertically in the sticking position 3. Press the contact switch 4. Release the switch after ironing the drill.
