Butchers use it to create crown roasts - an elaborate and festive preparation of ribs. Whole rack of ribs, lamb, beef, veal pork or goat all can be formed into crown roasts with this tool. Crown roasts are a popular holiday presentation and create an impressive centerpiece on any dinner table.

It can also be used to lash a whole animal to a rotisserie spit or sew up the belly of the pig, hog or lamb that you are cooking.

Our trussing needle is 12" of food-grade stainless steel with an oversize hole at its sharpened tip. It has a dishwasher safe polyvinyl handle and was designed to stay sharp for years. It is also available with a ball of butcher's twine.
