How to use:
In the normal display, press the "MODE" button once, you will see the Pedometer state, and then press the "SET" button again to start timing; then press the "SET" button again, time stops;
If you need to use the same function, please press the "SET" button once again.
To start from zero, when the Pedometer stops, press long "RESET" button for at least 2 seconds to go to zero.

How to change the Step unit from KM to Mile, you need set the Step Pedometer to the "Step" Mode, and then press the mode button and hold about 10 seconds, then it will switch to "Mile" mode.


Pedometer auto sleeps when you are not moving and auto wakes and counts steps when you start moving again.
Put it in a pocket or purse or clip on your waist, belt, ankle, shoe or bra.
