The two lower straps incorporate elastic so that the boot moves with your horse's movement. What makes this boot unique is the rolled neoprene located inside the boot just above the fetlock. This along with a flexible plastic spine located on the rear help ensure the boot stays upright and in its proper location. Available in miniature horse and pony sizes.
