INSTRUCTIONS:
BATH&SPA: Add 2 cups or more of Epsom Salt under warm, a few times a week, running bath water. Soak for 20 minutes to soothe tired muscles, relieve aches and pains
SHOWER: Mix a handful of Epsom Salt with your body wash and massage onto body, create the perfect lavender-scented bath salts and body scrubs to exfoliate dry skin.
FOOT SOAK: Mix one cup of Epsom Salt with warm water in a foot bath and soak feet for 10 minutes to help soothe aches and soften rough skin.
