No modifications, Perfect fit. I installed on my 02 gsxr 1000. Bolted on in 5 mins. The blue tint on the mirrors are perfect for all new LED headlights that blind the hell out of you. So no more trying to cover your mirrors while one is behind you.2. It looks great and fits almost perfectly on my 08 R6, Here is the tips-when folded completely out they do have vibration so I keep them folded in (make them shorter in length) and that seems to eliminate most of the vibration.3. They fit on my 2000 Busa, Be advised: if you try to adjust the two main arms by just force while driving, the allen keys will get loose and the mirrors will just swing around (you can still adjust the angle of the mirrors, just not the two main arms).4. If you have a zx14 these won't fit directly but you can drill the screw holes wider on the bike side then it would work.
