Its powerful, dual-biocide formula contains the most potent concentration of eco-friendly copper-free components plus zinc to repel barnacles, zebra mussels, slime, algae, and weeds - without harming delicate marine ecosystems.

No copper means Krypton's Red, Blue, Green, & Black colors are brighter than traditional bottom paints containing cuprous oxide. You'll also love the fact that after applying Krypton, with its hybrid copolymer formula, there's no maximum dry time to launch, so you can haul your boat at the end of the season, paint it prior to winter storage, and be ready to launch first thing in the spring!

Krypton is ideal for use on properly prepared, fiberglass, aluminum, wood, and steel vessels of all types and sizes. You can even apply it right over existing paints as long as the surface is clean, in good shape, and dry. Krypton is easy to apply by brushing, rolling, or spraying, and 1-2 coats are all that's needed on the bottom, though you may want to apply an extra coat to areas that get more wear, like leading edges of skegs and keel. If needed, thin up to 10% (12 oz. per gallon) with TotalBoat Special Brushing Thinner 100 (brush/roll), or xylene (spray).

TotalBoat Krypton's solvent-based formula provides 500 sq. ft. per gallon coverage. Smaller quart sizes are ideal for use on outdrives, underwater metals, and trim tabs. This product is intended for antifouling use on boats, below the waterline only. It is not intended for household use.
