Swingarm spools are designed wide for easy stand location with raised lips on their outer edges for security. The spool is mounted to a special, black-anodized aluminum bracket. Swingarm spool sliders help minimize damage to the bike by acting as a buffer between the ground and the motorcycle during a collision, spreading out the force of impact and letting the bike slide to a more natural stop. When not protecting your investment the cotton reel can be used to lift the motorcycle using a rear stand with hooks.
